Beer selected to national team
Clemson freshman outfielder Seth Beer has been selected for the 2016 Collegiate Nastional Team by USA Baseball. The team plays exhibition games against teams from the USA and other countries.

* The Citadel has sent out preview notes on its Thursday Southern Conference series opener at Mercer. The teams play again Friday, take Saturday off and conclude the series on Sunday.
