Missouri's 8-2 loss at Mississippi State officially clinched a spot in the Southeastern Conference Tournament for South Carolina. The top 12 teams advance to the event in Hoover, Ala., later this month, and neither Missouri nor Tennessee can finish above or equal to USC in the standings.
