Seven players from South Carolina schools are on the semifinalist list for the Dick Howser Trophy, given to the player selected as the best in college baseball. The state players include Brad Miller from Clemson, Tommy La Stella of Coastal Carolina, Daniel Aldrich and Matt Leeds of College of Charleston, Brad Zebedis of Presbyterian and and Matt Price and Michael Roth of South Carolina.
