Warriors announce 2013 schedule
Southern Wesleyan has announced its 2013 schedule.  The Warriors, who are considering a move from NAIA to NCAA Division II, have home-and-home series with state opponents Anderson and North Greenville.

Bell named top assistant
Florida State's Mike Bell has been named the top assistant on PerfectGame.org's ranking of the top 10 rising college assistant coaches. There are three SEC assistants and two ACC assistants on the list.

USC season ticket deadline Friday
USC has sent out a Tweet announcing Friday is the deadline for renewing baseball season tickets for 2013.

* East Tennessee State has a home game against Wofford, a home-and-home series against Winthrop and a game at The Citadel in addition to an Atlantic Sun Conference series at USC Upstate on its 2013 schedule.

* Attention New Mexico State fans: You'll get seven chances to see the Aggies play in 2013 if you're willing to travel to North Carolina. The Aggies play three games in a tournament at East Carolina, play two games at N.C. State and wrap up their Tar Heel sojourn with three games at Wake Forest.
