Call for Morris baseball: What were the scores?

I'm still trying to find out the scores of Morris' Saturday doubleheader with College of Faith. It is frustrating that I care more about giving a team publicity than its officials do.

My repeated pleas to get the scores reported the same day the games are played fall on deaf ears.

It's frustrating situations like this that make me think about chucking this whole venture after 10 years. It's hard to make accurate team rankings without all the scores for every team.

We used to face the same issue with some high school teams back during my sports writing days, but most of the time either a fan or someone else associated with a team would help us out. No such luck here.

I know this won't do any good, but it feels good to vent off some steam every now and then.

And, you kids: get off my lawn.
