SIAC pulls plug on Benedict's season
The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced Wednesday it was cancelling all spring sports events, including championships.

The league said it would permit member schools to have nonconference games, but barring some changes, it appears Benedict's season is dead in the water before it ever started. The Tigers had just eight SIAC doubleheaders listed.
