Briefly: Wofford scored three runs in the eighth to rally past VMI and win the rubber game of their SoCon series. VMI had scored two unearned runs in the fourth, but the Terriers tied the game with a bases-loaded wild pitch and went ahead on John Dempsey's sacrifice fly ... Nick Parker and Daniel Kreuzer shut out Liberty on five hits as Coastal Carolina evened the nonconference series ... John  Michael Faile was 4-for-7 with two homers and five RBIs as North Greenville completed a Conference Carolinas series win ... Aidan Baur's grounder to first scored the winning run as Newberry upended Catawba in the South Atlantic Conference Tournament. Earlier, Tusculum rallied from a 3-1 deficit with two runs in the seventh and four in the ninth to eliminate Coker... Leandy Castro had a two-run double as USC Beaufort won the finale of a Sun Conference series and clinched a spot in the league tournament ...
