* Clemson 4, Boston College 1 - Caden Grice hit a two-run homer in the first inning and Tigers pitchers allowed BC three hits to win Pool C and advance to Saturday's semifinals against North Carolina.The game has been moved up to a 1 p.m. start.
Big South Tournament
* Winthrop 10, Gardner-Webb 9, 15 innings - Nicholas Badillo's RBI single ended the longest game in tournament and sent the Eagles into another elimination game later Friday against USC Upstate.
* Campbell 13, USC Upstate 2 - A seven-run first inning was more than enough for Campbell to advance to the championship round.
* USC Upstate 8, Winthrop 3 - The Spartans advanced to the championship round against Campbell, needing two wins to take the tournament title.
CAA Tournament
* College of Charleston 5, Delaware 2 - Luke Wood's seventh-inning single broke a 2-2 tie and the Cougars held on to advance to a game with Elon.
* Elon 10, College of Charleston 5 - The Phoenix used a pair of five-run innings to oust the Cougars.
SoCon Tournament
* Wofford 7, Samford 6 - Cameron Gill's RBI single capped a two-run ninth-inning rally as the Terriers advanced to Saturday's championship round. The Terriers will have two chances to win one game for the automatic bid to the NCAA playoffs.
* Mercer 8, The Citadel 1 - Noah Mitchell's homer was the only offense the Bulldogs could muster as they were eliminated.

Crusaders advance - John Michael Faile homered twice in each game and drove in nine runs as North Greenville swept Belmont Abbey to clinch a return trip to the NCAA Division II World Series. The Crusaders are the defending national champions.
* North Greenville 16, Belmont Abbey 8 - Pat Monteith was 5-for-5 for hit two of the Crusaders' seven homers in Game 1
* North Greenville 10, Belmont Abbey 7, Game 2 - Jalen Vasquez singled and homered to drive in three runs in the clinching win.
