Briefly:  Caden Grice struck out 11 in 6 1/3 innings and Clemson wrapped up a sweep of Louisville to continue its surge in the ACC. The Tigers are 12-2 in their last 14 conference games ... Jake Books singled, homered and drove in five runs as Coastal Carolina took the rubber game of a series with Appalachian State to stay in a first-place tie with Southern Mississippi in the Sun Belt Conference ... Harrison Wilson had four hits and drove in two runs as Winthrop completed a conference sweep of Radford for its seventh consecutive Big South win. The Eagles moved into a third-place tie with Gardner-Webb ... Grant Sherrod and Jace Rinehart homered as USC Upstate completed a sweep at Gardner-Webb. Sherrod got his school DI-record 57th RBI of the season and the Spartans stole a program-record 10 bases  ... North Carolina A&T handcuffed College of Charleston's offense to salvage the third game of a CAA series ... A five-run second inning put UNCG in position for a SoCon series win over Wofford ... Kentucky completed a sweep of reeling South Carolina, which is struggling on the mound, at the plate and in the field ... VMI won a pitchers' duel to avoid a series sweep at The Citadel ... Miami scored in double figures for the third straight game to complete a sweep of Presbyterian ... High Point completed a series sweep of Charleston Southern, dropping the Buccaneers behind Winthrop in the Big South standings. 

Region 10 Tournament
* Spartanburg Methodist 11, USC Union 5 - The Pioneers scored five runs in the sixth inning and four in the seventh to overtake the Bantams and advance to an elimination game Monday against  USC Lancaster.
* Spartanburg Methodist 9, USC Sumter 7 - Earlier, the Pioneers scored five runs in the first inning and the Fire Ants couldn't catch up in the elimination game. Elliott Sanders had two hits and drove in three runs for SMC.

* USC Union 15, Florence-Darlington Tech 12 - Kris Levensteins had three doubles, two singles and a homer to drive in four runs as the Bantams eliminated the top-seeded Stingers. USC Union scored two runs in the first inning and didn't trail until FD Tech scored four runs in the eighth to go up 12-11. However, the Bantams scored four runs in the ninth and held on. Rio Foster had four hits and drove in six for the Stingers, who will advance to the East District Tournament as one of two Region 10 representatives.

* Gaston College 9, USC Lancaster 6 - The Rhinos advanced into Monday's championship round and sent the Lancers into an elimination game against Spartanburg Methodist.

Peach Belt Conference Tournament

* Young Harris 5-12, USC Aiken 4-4 - The host Mountain Lions rallied late in Game 1 to force a second game, then pulled away from the Pacers to take the bracket championship. Young Harris plays at Georgia Southwestern State in the tournament championship series next weekend.

Conference Carolinas Tournament
* Mount Olive 13, Francis Marion 3, 7 innings - The Trojans scored 21 runs in an elimination game earlier Sunday and kept the offense rolling in ending the Patriots' title bid in the championship game.  Will Hardee got his 12th hit of the tournament and 297th of his career. 

South Atlantic Conference Championship Series
* Lincoln Memorial 11, Newberry 5 - The Railsplitters scored three first-inning runs before a 4 1/2-hour rain delay and put the game away with a four-run ninth to take the opener of the best-of-three series. Game 2 is set for noon Monday in Kodak, Tenn., with a third game, if necessary, to follow.
