The previous weekend's snowstorm delayed the start of Anderson's season - and that's about the only thing to slow the Trojans so far.

A 59-run outburst in the weekend sweep of Davis & Elkins capped a 6-0 week for coach P.J. Zocchi's club.

Anderson is batting .388 as a club with 92 runs scored in six games (15.3 average). The team on-base percentage is .510.

Braeden Harrison is batting .684 with 17 RBI in six games. Close behind are Myles Denton - who had eight of his 13 RBI in one game - and Gray Wells.

The pitching has been fine, too, getting shutouts on both ends of a Tuesday doubleheader with King.

Up next: at home against Augusta, 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Honorable mention: Denmark Tech played its first games since dropping baseball after the 2004 season.
