* NCAA Division I: Rex Watson's 10th-inning walk-off grand slam gave Coastal Carolina (8-5) the opener of a series with East Carolina (7-6-1). The visiting Pirates took the lead with a five-run eighth, but Coastal tied the score on Blake Barthol's two-run single in the bottom of the inning. Dean Mihos led off the 10th with a double and was sacrificed to third. A pair of intentional walks sandwiched a strikeout, and Watson followed with the winner on an 0-2 count ... Tryston McCladdie homered and drove in three runs as Clemson (12-1) run-ruled La Salle (8-3) to open a four-game series. Jarren Purify and Tyler Lichtenberger added two hits apiece for the Tigers ... Carter Harrington allowed two hits in five shutout inning as College of Charleston (6-7, 1-0) opened Coastal Athletic Association play with a won over Hofstra (0-7, 0-1) ... Wofford (9-4) recovered from a four-run first-inning deficit to take a series opener at Belmont (5-9)  and break a two-game losing streak ... Auburn (11-2) snapped Winthrop's (10-3) eight-game winning streak with a seven-inning shutout win ..  Appalachian State (8-5) scored two runs in the ninth to hand Presbyterian (2-12) its 12th straight loss. Tyrell Williams struck out nine in 5 2/3 shutout inning for the Blue Hose ....

* Appalachian Athletic Conference: Travis Dannecker pitched a complete-game three-hitter and Brady Jeffcoat drove in two runs as Spartanburg Methodist (8-11, 2-6) took the opener, but Pikeville (11-5, 5-3) came back to get the split ... Columbia International (6-18, 4-6) scored thee game's final thjree runs, including an unearned run in the 10th, to top Bluefield (5-9, 0-6). 

* Conference Carolinas: Josh Folks singled twice and homered to drive in four runs as North Greenville (17-2, 8-2) cruised in a series opener against Mount Olive (9-7, 4-6). The Trailblazers scored 12 runs over their final three innings... Erskine (8-14, 6-4) drew three bases-loaded walks in a six-run third inning and Marion McManus singled twice, homered and drove in three runs against Southern Wesleyan (6-14, 2-8) ... Riley Orr had four hits and scored three times as Francis Marion (16-3, 8-2) took the opener of a series at Barton (3-12, 2-8).

* Peach Belt Conference: Harris Bachelder's ninth-inning homer game Augusta (12-8, 8-2) a walk-off win over Lander (12-8, 6-4) ... Flagler (13-6, 3-4) handed USC Beaufort (4-13, 0-10) its fourth straight loss ... Columbus State (10-7, 5-2) wiped out an early deficit to snap USC Aiken's (15-5, 5-2) four-game winning streak ...  North Georgia (16-5, 9-1) handed Claflin (3-14, 0-10 its 12th straight loss with a run-rule decision.

* South Atlantic Conference: Jacob Clark pitched a complete game and Newberry (12-7, 8-2) scored the game's final five runs to take a series opener at Coker (4-5, 4-6) 

* HBCUAC: Wilberforce (7-4, 2-0) scored nine runs in the sixth inning of Game 2 to claim a doubleheader over  Voorhees (1-12, 0-2). Ethan Farrell had four hits and four RBI for Voorhees in the doubleheader..

*NJCAA Region 10: Jackson Mullen pitched a five-inning perfect game againt USC Salkehatchie (3-20, 1-5) as Florence-Darlington Tech (20-5, 5-2) extended its winning streak to seven.
