* NCAA Division I: Dawson Harman hit two of South Carolina (18-19, 5-10 SEC) four homers and drove in four runs and the Gamecocks survived a ninth-inning threat by Missouri (20-17, 3-12) to pick up their first-ever road sweep of the Tigers. Will Craddock and KJ Scobey also homered for USC. Missouri was held to one hit - a two-run homer by former Gamecocks Jase Woita - until it scored two runs on three hits in the ninth ... No. 6 North Carolina (29-6-1, 12-5 ACC) scored a pair of unearned runs on a squeeze bunt in the 14th inning to even its series with Clemson (23-13, 5-9). The Tar Heels scored single runs in the eighth and ninth innings to force extra innings. In the 14th, a single, a walk and a dropped fly ball in right field loaded the bases for UNC. Tyler Howe bunted back to the mound, and a desperation throw home was wide, with two runs scoring on the play. Both teams missed multiple chances to end the game earlier and Clemson left 17 runners on base. Caden Glauber pitched six shutout innings of relief for UNC ... Walker Mitchell singled in the go-ahead run in the ninth inning and No. 11 Coastal Carolina (26-8, 13-1 Sun Belt) held on to beat Arkansas State (20-14, 6-8) ... Presbyterian (7-29, 3-8 Big South) scored two runs in the fourth inning and two in the fifth to hand Winthrop (23-12, 7-1) its first conference loss ... Tanner Hardin's three-run homer in the third inning put Wofford (24-11, 7-1 SoCon) ahead to stay as it clinched a series win over The Citadel (16-18, 3-5) ... Wylie Waters doubled, tripled and homered to drive in four runs and USC Upstate (19-17, 8-6 Big South) clinched a series win over Charleston Southern (20-13, 5-6) ... Reece Holbrook's two-run single in the fifth inning put College of Charleston (15-19, 7-7 CAA) ahead as the Cougars rallied for the second straight day to to beat North Carolina A&T (9-24, 3-11). Holbrook collected three of the College's 10 stolen bases.
* Peach Belt Conference: Yariel Diaz and Evan Harding homered and joined Salvatore Laimo in driving in three runs as USC Aiken (30-12, 17-7) completed a sweep of Augusta (16-24, 11-13) with a run-rule win ... Lander (23-18, 16-10) rapped out 15 hits as it evened its series at Georgia College (16-22, 10-13) ... Middle Georgia (16-26, 9-15) got a pair of shutout wins at Claflin (4-29, 1-23) ... Eckerd (25-9) held USC Beaufort (10-27) to seven hits in sweeping a nonconference doubleheader.
* South Atlantic Conference: Ian Hawk (2-2) pitched a complete game and Gavin Johnson had a pair of two-run singles as Coker (11-29, 9-18) took Game 1, but Anderson (20-21, 8-19) took Game 2 as Dom Bello doubled and drove in four runs ... Newberry (25-18, 17-10) held off a ninth-inning threat to top Wingate (30-12, 20-7) in Game 1, but Bulldogs scored in every inning of the nightcap to take the rubber game of the series.
* NJCAA Region 10: Oneill Feliz was 5-for-8 with a double, 2 homers and 10 RBI as Florence-Darlington Tech (39-8, 18-5) handled USC Salkehatchie (3-40, 1-21) ... Ryan Piekutoski's 18th homer helped USC Sumter (26-16, 12-10) take Game 2 for a split with USC Lancaster (21-20, 8-14) ... First-place Gaston College (41-3, 20-3) exploded for 19 runs in Game 2 to complete a doubleheader sweep of USC Union (25-18. 8-14).
