Charleston Southern signs 8Charleston Southern has signed 8 players, including four from South Carolina, for the 2010 season. The South Carolina players are Kyle Ward (Georgetown), Shane Miles (Lake City), Ali Williams (Sumter/Crestwood/USC Salkehatchie) and Jaren Sustar (Anderson/Hanna).

SMC players make college choices
Five of seven Spartanburg Methodist College players who committed to four-year colleges recently cast their lots with College of Charleston.
New Cougars coach Monte Lee picked up Arturo Mogrezutt of Easley, Robert Pricher of Charleston (James Island), Ross Hanna of Greer (Dorman/Erskine), Josh Salay of Catawba (Rock Hill/Winthrop) and Heath Hembree of Cowpens (Broome/USC).
Also, the Pioneers' Patrick Mincey (Hartsville) committed to South Carolina and Travis Witherspoon (Sumter) committed to Georgia Southern.

PC announces 6 signeesPresbyterian College recently announced the signing of six baseball players for the 2009-2010 season. Included are three South Carolina players: Chase Goude of Battery Creek, Kelly Wright of St. James and Buck Mosteller of Woodruff. Mosteller comes to the Blue Hose from USC Sumter.
