We do know that Clemson, N.C. State, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech are in one pool, while Virginia, Miami, Florida State and Boston College are in the other. All games are scheduled for TV, apparently Fox Sports Carolinas for every game except the final, which will be on SportSouth.
South Carolina opens SEC Tournament play against Mississippi in the second game of the Wednesday morning session at Regions Park in Hoover, Ala. All games leading up to the final will air on either SportSouth or CSS, with the championship set for ESPN2. All games are to be streamed on ESPN3 (formerly ESPN360). All games will air on satellite radio on XM Channel 199 or Sirius Channel 214. If you're considering XM, I recommend it highly.
College of Charleston plays Appalachian State at 9 a.m. Wednesday and The Citadel meets Furman at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Southern Conference Tournament at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park in Greenville. Live audio and video of all games is scheduled to be available at SoConsports.com.
Winthrop and Gardner-Webb, the host team and the next closest, meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in one of two loser-go-home play-in games for the main bracket in the Big South Conference Tournament at the Winthrop Ballpark in Rock Hill. Coastal Carolina's first game is in the double-elimination portion of the event at 11 a.m. Wednesday against Tuesday's lower-seeded winner. Video of all games is scheduled to be streamed through BigSouthSports.com.
