    Speed-up rules suggested

The NCAA Baseball Rules Committee is recommending a 20-second clock between pitches when no runners are on base. Also, there would be a 90-second limit between innings for non-televised game.

I was at the SEC Tournament this May when it used a pitch clock and I thought things went well. It never seemed like anyone was rushed, either.
