Dan Scott reports on Facebook that he will replace Don Munson as primary play-by-play announcer for baseball on the Clemson Tiger Sports Network. Scott already did play-by-play on WCCP-FM's broadcasts of games not on the CTSN.
Earlier this summer Munson was named to a new role in the Clemson athletic department, which opened the door for Scott to expand his role.
I've never met Dan, and only talked to him by accident one time when I tried to call what I thought was WCCP's number and got Dan on his cell phone as he was driving to Athens to call a Clemson-Georgia game. But, I enjoy his work.
