Brock, Garr honored
Former major league stars Lou Brock and Ralph Garr are among the 10 semifinalists named for consideration in the National College Baseball Hall of Fame. Brock played at Southern University and Garr played at Grambling. They were selected by the Black College Legends and Pioneers Committee of the National College Baseball Hall of Fame.
ACC sets TV schedule
The Atlantic Coast Conference on Monday announced its schedule of games on TV in 2011. As mentioned previously, Clemson is set for five appearances on various networks.
