My belief that baseball is the greatest sport was reinforced on consecutive nights at Fluor Field in Greenville when Furman knocked off No. 4 South Carolina and Presbyterian knocked off No. 14 Clemson. Both Furman and got good pitching and timely hitting.
USC projected 6 seed
CollegeBaseballDaily.com's weekly forecast of the 64-team tournament field as South Carolina as the No. 6 seed and also has Clemson hosting a regional. Coastal Carolina and College of Charleston also are in the field.
