USC tabbed to share third in SEC East

Southeastern Conference coaches today revealed their preseason poll for 2013. Arkansas is the choice to win both the West Division and overall titles, while Vanderbilt is the choice to win the East.

South Carolina finished in a tie for third in the SEC East in the coaches' voting.

Arkansas received 12 of 14 first-place votes from coaches in the SEC West balloting. Second-place LSU and third-place Mississippi State got one apiece.

Vanderbilt took 12 of 14 votes in the East balloting. Florida finished second despite not geting any first-place votes. Kentucky and USC finished in a tie for third.

In the voting for overall champion, Arkansas got nine votes, Vanderbilt three, Kentucky 1 and LSU 1.
