Sand Sharks head to Mississippi
USC Beaufort will play Central Methodist at 1 p.m. EDT Thursday in a first-round game of the NAIA tournament's Hattiesburg (Miss.) bracket. The Sand Sharks qualified by finishing second to regular-season champion Emrby-Riddle in The Sun Conference Tournament.
