Potomac State CC of Keyser, W. Va., won the NJCAA Region XX championship Monday and the right to be the host for the Eastern District Tournament beginning Friday.
Potomac State will faces Spartanburg Methodist and ASA College of New York will meet USC Lancaster in first-round games. Times have not been announced.
