Gamecocks still hurting
South Carolina played without four regulars in the starting lineup in midweek losses to Charleston Southern and The Citadel, and coach Chad Holbrook's comments after the loss to the Bulldogs suggested shortstop Marcus Mooney (concussion), outfielder Connor Bright (elbow) and infielder Max Schrock (virus & back) wouldn't be available for this weekend's series at Auburn.
