ACC returns to Durham
The ACC announced today that the conference baseball tournament will be held in Durham in 2015-18.

SEC honors Richardson
The Southeastern Conference has selected former USC baseball coach Bobby Richardson as one of its 2014 legends to be honored at next week's conference tournament in Hoover, Ala. Richardson coached the Gamecocks to their first College World Series in 1975.

Grady among honorees
Lander's Patrick Grady was named player of the year on the 2014 Daktronics NCAA Division II all-Southeast region team. Also named to the first team were first baseman Connor Lewis, shortstop Erik Lunde and pitcher Dylan Wolchik of Lander, and third baseman Ryan Cranmer of Newberry. Second-teamers included shortstop Michael Wilson and pitcher Jeffrey Stoner of Francis Marion.
