Big South names all-decade teams
Coaches from Coastal Carolina and Winthrop fill all the coaching slots on the all-decade teams announced by the Big South Conference.

The league announced teams representing its founding in 1986 through 1989, 1990-99 and 2000-09. Former Winthrop coach Horace Turbeville - who founded the program after moving there from Newberry - and former Coastal Carolina coach John Vrooman were named coaches for the first decade. Winthrop's Joe Hudak took the coaching honor for the second decade and Coastal Carolina's Gary Gilmore took the honor for the third.

Charleston Southern, Coastal Carolina and Winthrop all had players named to the teams.
