Paulsen singles in first MLB at-bat
Former Clemson star Ben Paulsen singled in his first Major League at-bat Monday night for the Colorado Rockies. Paulsen was called up from AAA earlier in the day and went 2-for-4 with an RBI in his first big league game.

Wingo joins USC staff
Scott Wingo, one of the heroes of South Carolina's two College World Series championships, is returning to the program as a student assistant coach, according to The State newspaper. Wingo was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2011 College World Series. The former Mauldin High star had been with the Los Angles Dodgers organization until he was released earlier this season.

USC closes 2015 season with LSU at home
LSU on Monday announced its 2015 schedule. The Tigers play a three-game series at South Carolina May 14-16 to conclude the regular season.
