* Albert Baur hit his third home run of the weekend and sixth of the season as Newberry lost to Catawba, 6-4, in the first game of a doubleheader. Cole Cromer pitched a complete game as the Wolves won the nightcap, 1-0.

* Brandon Martin doubled in the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning for Presbyterian, which beat Holy Cross 8-7 after trailing 5-1 midway through the game.

* Connor Walsh was 5-for-6, but The Citadel lost to Alabama State, 15-14.
