Monroe College and Harford Community College will join USC Lancaster and host Florence-Darlington Tech for the NJCAA Eastern District Tournament beginning Thursday in Florence.
Monroe beat ASA, 13-2, on Monday to win the best-of-five Region 15 playoffs, 3-1. Harford was a 16-8 winner over Hagerstown in the championship game of the Region 20 Tournament.
Florence-Darlington Tech earned the right to host the double-elimination tournament at Old Cormell Field by winning the Region 10 Tournament earlier this month. USC Lancaster qualified as the Region 10 regular-season champion.
First-round pairings should be announced soon. Harford won the Eastern District title last year.
The district winner advances to the NJCAA World Series in Grand Junction, Colo., later this month.
