Palmetto State Baseball team of the week, Feb. 19-25: Clemson

Clemson (4-0 for the week)
(beat Furman; beat Dallas Baptist three times)

After putting up big numbers in a midweek win over Furman, Clemson was up to the challenge of its first ranked opponent of the season as well, taking two of three from Dallas Baptist. The Tigers won two games handily, then held on in Game 3 for the series sweep.

Clemson's starting pitchers did not allow an earned run against Dallas Baptist. The Tigers play host to Winthrop Tuesday, then have their annual three-game series with South Carolina beginning Friday.
