I was out of town and out of my routine Tuesday when Gary Gilmore won his 900th game as Chanticleers' head coach in the 9-5 walk-off win over Clemson. I apologize for the tardiness, but offer congratulations.
Gilmore led the Chanticleers to the 2016 College World Series title. Counting his tenure at USC Aiken, Gilmore has 1,153 victories.
