Duke clinched an ACC series win at Clemson by rallying for a 5-3 victory at Doug Kingsmore on Saturday.
The result extended the Tigers' losing streak to six games. Duke (23-16, 10-10) has won its last four games at Clemson.
The Tigers (25-14, 11-9) scored a run in the first inning when Sam Hall singled, stole two bases and scored on Logan Davidson's fly ball to the wall in left.
Given an extra out in the fifth because of a Clemson error, Chris Crabtree put Duke up 2-1 with a double. A bases-loaded balk in the sixth gave the Blue Devils a two-run lead and Michael Rothenberg followed with a two-run single.
The Tigers got at least one runner on base in every nine inning, but had only Hall's two-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning to show for the final eight..
Clemson trails Louisville (31-9, 15-6) by 3 1/2 games in the Atlantic Division. Second-place N.C. State (31-10, 13-8) is 1 1/2 games ahead of Clemson, which tries to salvage the series finale on Sunday. Florida State (23-14, 11-9) us tied for third with Clemson.

* Luke Manzo had a three-run triple to give College of Charleston (25-14, 8-3) the lead in the eighth inning and the Cougars held on for a 7-5 win at Northeastern (18-20, 8-6) to even the Colonial Athletic Association series.
* Newberry (38-12, 21-3) had five doubles among as it scored 20 or more runs for the third time this season with a 21-5 win at Lincoln Memorial (32-15, 18-6).
* Furman (15-24, 7-8) scored three ninth-inning runs to rally past Western Carolina (17-18, 6-9), 4-3, in the opener before the Catamounts rode 17 strikeouts by Chase Walter to win the second game, 5-1, and avoid a SoCon series sweep.
* Adam Sasser hit three homers, giving him a school-record 20 this season, as North Greenville (36-9, 21-5) won over Chowan (13-23-1, 8-16), 10-2 and 14-2.
* Peter Bocchino singled and homered twice as Lander (17-30, 12-15) beat USC Aiken (24-18, 14-10) to stay within striking distance of a spot in the Peach Belt Conference Tournament. The Bearcats are a half-game behind eighth-place Georgia Southwestern (19-27, 12-14), which swept Francis Marion (24-19, 14-14) 8-5 and 4-2, Saturday and has another game on Sunday. USC Aiken fell into fourth place, a half-game behind Young Harris (29-16, 15-10).
* South Carolina (23-17, 5-13) remained without an SEC series win this season as Texas A&M (29-12-1, 11-6-1) won Saturday's second game, 6-3, after the Gamecocks won the opener, 3-2. Luke Berryhill's three-run homer accounted for all of USC's offense in Game 1. Bretty Kerry pitched three shutout innings to save the game for T.J. Shook. The Aggies led 4-1 entering the bottom of the sixth in Game 2, when USC scored two runs and had the bases loaded before George Callil struck out. A&M iced the game with a homer in the seventh. Carolina is 11th in the overall SEC standings. The top 12 teams qualify for Hoover. Missouri is ineligible because of NCAA sanctions. There are four weeks left in league play.
* Thad Harris' two-hit complete game in a 7-1 victory in Game 2 let Winthrop (23-16, 12-6) salvage a doubleheader split and Big South Conference series win after Gardner-Webb (18-18, 8-10) won the opener, 8-1.
* Coastal Carolina (24-16-1, 9-8) snapped a four-game losing streak with a 9-7 win in Game 1, but Georgia Southern (23-17, 10-8) held on for a 13-12 win in Game 2 to go a half-game back up on the Chanticleers in the Sun Belt Conference's East Division. Georgia Southern took a six-run lead into the bottom of the ninth in Game 2, but Coastal got the potential tying run into scoring position before the game ended. Kieton Rivers homered twice in the opener and Parker Chavers homered in each game for the Chants.
* J.J. Shimko singled in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning and USC Upstate (17-21, 5-12) survived three Campbell (25-14, 13-4) baserunners in the ninth to beat the first-place Camels in a Big South Conference game. Julian Rip joined Shimko in getting three hits and two RBIs to help Upstate snap a four-game losing streak. Game 2 of the doubleheader was canceled because of weather issues.
* Spartanburg Methodist (25-17, 13-5) suffered losses of 8-3 and 3-2 at USC Lancaster (29-14, 12-10), but still clinched the top seed for the NJCAA Region 10 Tournament because Florence-Darlington Tech (36-12, 14-6) lost Game 1 of its doubleheader with USC Union (10-18, 6-12), 4-2. FD Tech won Game 2, 8-5, but finished percentage points behind SMC in the race for the regular-season title. Lancaster's sweep move the Lancers past USC Sumter (23-21, 9-9), which suffered 4-3 and 7-6 losses to Louisburg (21-17, 12-8) and fell from third place to fifth place.
* Claflin (22-12) had its eight-game winning streak snapped as it was shut out twice by Virginia State (14-17), 6-0 and 3-0.
* Anderson (18-28, 7-15) scored the go-ahead run on a sixth-inning wild pitch and went on to an 8-6 win over Mars Hill (17-25, 5-17) in South Atlantic Conference play. Chandler Castleberry and Dillon Carpenter homered for the Trojans. The series concludes with a doubleheader on Monday.
