Briefly: Ethan Petry hit a single and two homers to drive in five runs as South Carolina outlasted Presbyterian for Mark Kingston's 200th win with the Gamecocks. The game featured 25 hits, 23 walks and six hit batsmen. Kennedy Jones and Parker Noland also homered for the Gamecocks ... Winthrop overcame an early two-run deficit and finished with eight extra-base hits to take a run-rule win over Wofford in eight innings ... Conner Cummiskey and three relievers combined for a four-hit shutout as The Citadel won a pitchers duel with Charleston Southern ... Columbia International got an eight-inning run-rule win over Morris in a game moved from Sumter to Columbia ... USC Union got a pair of run-rule victories - the second a five-inning no-hitter by Colin Ingle - over Rays Blue Claws, a post grad program located in Myrtle Beach ... Elon scored a run in the first and two in the second and was never headed in handing USC Upstate a fourth loss in its last five games. The game was called because of rain after five innings ...
