(went 3-0 vs. USC Sumter)

The opening portion of the Stingers' season included a pair of Florida tournaments loaded with powerful teams. They came home on a two-game losing streak and with a 4-5 record.

Saturday's one-run win over USC Sumter in the series finale is the only game among the latest 19 wins closer than three runs.
