Briefly: Tryston McCladdie singled twice and homered to drive in four runs as Clemson (21-2) completed a series sweep of The Citadel (11-11) with a run-rule win. The Tigers scored six runs in the first inning ... Scott Campbell's grand slam capped a six-run third inning as USC Upstate (9-11) topped Spartanburg neighbor Wofford (15-7) at Fluor Field in Greenville. Campbell also singled twice ...  Nate Chronis homered twice to drive in three runs and Connor Harris struck out eight in six innings as Winthrop (12-10) topped College of Charleston (12-7) ... North Greenville (23-6) broke a 3-3 tie with seven runs in the seventh and completed a two-game sweep of Trevecca Nazarene ... Luke White's sixth-inning single gave Newberry (15-13) the lead, and the Wolves held on to beat USC Aiken (13-14) ... USC Sumter (11-16) tied the game with four runs in the seventh and Clifton Venters doubled in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning of a win over Brunswick ... Kaidan Baron and Chas Welch hit two-run homers as USC Lancaster (12-15)  run-ruled Southeastern CC in six innings ... Young Harris hit five home runs to claim a run-rule win at Southern Wesleyan (7-21).
