* NCAA Division I:
 Reed Garris and Lucas Mahlstedt pitched 5 1/3 innings of shutout relief and Jacob Jarrell, Josh Paino and Collin Priest homered as Clemson (33-5, 11-3) won its eighth straight game and handed Stanford (18-14, 5-12) its 11th straight ACC loss ... Coastal Carolina (26-9, 10-4) scored in five consecutive innings to clinch a  Sun Belt Conference series win over Georgia State (22-15, 8-6) ... Daniel Brooks allowed three hits and a run and struck out seven over seven innings as College of Charleston (21-12, 7-4) clinched a Coastal Athletic Association series win over Delaware (17-15, 5-6) ... The Citadel (19-16, 4-4) scored the tying run on a ninth-inning squeeze bunt and the go-ahead run on a throwing error on the play to even its SoCon series with Samford (19-16, 5-3) ... Wylie Waters drove in four runs and Scott Campbell added three as USC Upstate (18-17, 7-4) clinched Big South series sweep of Winthrop (18-19, 5-6). Both Campbell and Waters had three hits ... Charleston Southern (19-13) took the lead with a four-run sixth inning and clinched a nonconference series win over Mercer (22-15) ...  UNC Greensboro (16-18, 6-2) limited Wofford (22-14, 2-6) to five singles in sweeping a Southern Conference doubleheader ...Texas A&M (20-15, 6-9)  hit two ninth-inning grand slams to walk off South Carolina (20-17, 2-13) and complete an SEC series sweep. The Gamecocks led 12-2 after 5 1/2 innings.

* Conference Carolinas: Dylan Wanat singled, stole two bases and drove in two runs as Erskine (17-8-24, 7-17) clinched a series win over Chowan in the opener of a doubleheader, but the Hawks (6-26, 4-20) took Game 2 ...Josh Faulks, Tristan Salinas and Landon Shaw homered as North Greenville (36-8) beat Limestone (21-21) in Game 1, then Gideon Antle and Thomas Powell had RBI hits in the eighth inning of Game 2 as the sweep extended the Trailblazers' winning streak to 12  ... Blake Hinson drove in three runs, including two on a fourth-inning single to give UNC Pembroke (23-18, 11-13) the lead as it snapped Francis Marion's (21-11, 19-8) 13-game winning streak in Game 1, and the Braves broke a tie with two runs in the eighth inning of the nightcap to complete a sweep.

* Peach Belt Conference: Will McClellan tripled  in Garrett Chun in the bottom of the eighth as Lander (28-13, 16-4) took the opener of a doubleheader with Georgia College (26-16, 17-3), but the Bobcats scored a run in the ninth inning of the nightcap to gain the split and remain in first place ... Alex Simmons pitched a four-hit shutout as USC Beaufort (7-31, 3-17) took the opener and the Sand Sharks rallied for four runs in the eighth inning to Game 2 to complete a sweep of Claflin (5-31-1, 0-20) ... Augusta (10-31, 6-14) held USC Aiken (17-24, 7-13) to three hits in evening their series.

* South Atlantic Conference: Chandler Mims' three-run homer in the seventh inning proved to be decisive as Newberry (21-19, 10-15) won the series opener at Emory & Henry (12-28, 4-18) ... Anderson (22-19, 11-13) scored all six runs in the second inning in winning Game 1, but Coker (25-17, 13-11) took the second game on the strength of a nine-run ninth.

* Other four-year schools: Dario Astudillo had three hits and drove in six runs as Spartanburg Methodist (17-23) run-ruled Brewton-Parker (11-27) in Game 1 and Justin Dawkins had five hits in the nightcap of the sweep ... Benedict (18-11, 16-11) scored eight runs in the first inning and eight in the seventh of Game 1 to clinch an SIAC series win at Tuskegee (13-27, 9-18), but Golden Tigers held on to salvage the nightcap ... Daniel Sidoti and Mason Turner had two hits and two RBI apiece as Columbia International (25-17, 11-13) clinched an Appalachian Athletic Conference series win over Milligan (26-18, 14-10) in Game 1, but the Buffaloes salvaged the finale ... Alice Lloyd (20-14) rallied past Bob Jones (9-22) in the final inning for the second straight day in Game 1 en route to a series sweep.

* NJCAA Region 10: Florence-Darlington Tech (37-8, 20-3) run-ruled USC Salkehatchie (2-39, 2-21) twice to extend its winning streak to 11 ... Cavan McMeans and Hudson Moss had four hits apiece as USC Sumter (23-19, 11-12) took the opener of a doubleheader at USC Lancaster (18-22, 11-12), but Tommy Zimmerman singled, doubled and homered to dive in four runs as the Lancers got the split. The Lancers' Luke Garabedian had seven hits and five RBI in the doubleheader.
