USC Aiken has hired Keith Gorman as its next baseball coach. He comes to the Pacers after  six seasons at Barton, where he had a 152-116 record. The Bulldogs won 30 or more games in his final three seasons there, including a school-record 34 wins (and a school record 11 consecutive wins) in 2024.

"My promise to both the university and the community is that our coaching staff will work relentlessly to build a program that excels on the field, in the classroom, and throughout the community," Gorman said in a news release by the school.

"We're excited to bring Coach Gorman on board," said Todd Wilkinson, USCA's director of athletics, in the release. "He is a proven leader with a championship pedigree, a deep understanding of the game, and a commitment to building a winning culture. His record speaks volumes about his ability to lead student-athletes to success on and off the field."

Prior to going to Barton, Gorman had a 316-92 record at Cumberland County (N.J.) College, which has since merged with Rowan College of South Jersey. He took three teams to the NJCAA Division III World Series, wining the national championship in 2019.

Gorman replaces Michael Holder, who the school parted ways with after four seasons and a 90-118 record.
