ACC
* Clemson 7  N.C. State 6 - The Tigers (43-15) scored three runs in the eighth to take the lead and used solid defense to advance to Saturday's semifinals against Georgia Tech. Clemson turned four double plays and right fielder T.P. Wentworth threw out two Wolfpack runners trying to take extra bases. Jacob Jarrell singled and homered to drive in three runs, Cam Cannarella had four hits and Jack Crighton added three hits for Clemson,. Closer Lucas Mahlstedt pitched the final four innings. 

Big South Conference
* USC Upstate 7, Winthrop 0 - Amp Phillips pitched the first nine-inning complete-game shutout in the Big South this season as the Spartans (34-23) won their tournament opener. Phillips allowed four hits and struck out five. Gage Griggs, Scott Newman, Vance Sheahan and Henry Zenor homered for Upstate. Sheahan extended his on-base streak to 44 games
* High Point 15, Charleston Southern 14, 10 innings -  The Panthers (39-17) scored the game's final nine runs - including two in the ninth and one in the 10th - to send the the Buccaneers (29-21) into the losers' bracket. CSU had 17 base hits - six for extra bases - but could not withstand the High Point comeback.
* Winthrop 13, Radford 4 - The Eagles (31-28) took charge with a seven-run fifth to survive an elimination game.  Gabe Natividad and Koby Kropf had three hits apiece and Kropf and Alan Benhardt drove in three runs each.

Coastal Athletic Association
* Northeastern 6, College of Charleston 0 - The Huskies (46-9) shut out the Cougars (35-21)  for the fourth time in as many meetings this season and extended their winning streak to 25.

Southern Conference
* Wofford 12, The Citadel 4 -
 Cade Collins and Niko Brini drove in four runs apiece as the Terriers (33-25) stayed unbeaten in the tournament. Collins and Tanner Hardin had three hits each and Kenny Michaels pitched a complete game for Wofford. Travis Elliott homered and Aryan Patel doubled and drove in two runs for the Bulldogs (30-25).

Sun Belt Conference
* Coastal Carolina 4, Marshall 2 -
 Cameron Flukey struck out 10 in seven shutout innings as the Chanticleers (46-11) won their 16th straight game and advanced to Saturday's semifinals.
