Briefly: USC Union transfer Aiden Talarico hit a pair of two-run homers on his 21st birthday and No. 3 Florida Southwestern held on to beat No. 8 Florence-Darlington Tech (1-2).  Jackson Cook hit a leadoff homer for the Stingers, but Talarico's second-inning blast gave the Bucs a lead their never relinquished. Tech scored a run in the ninth and had two runners on when the game ended.  Cook also had two singles a walk, a stolen base and two RBI for the Stingers, who return to Florida this weekend for the Visit Panama City Beach Classic. Oneill Feliz and Diego Garcia also homered for Tech, which struck out 19 times. Florida Southwestern (3-0) hit five homers.
