Thanks for nothing, NCAA

Apparently the NCAA is not allowing schools like Clemson and South Carolina to offer Internet video feeds of their regional games, even though both schools streamed their regular season games - and did good jobs of it. I'm pretty sure I remember Florida State doing video streaming, too. There are probably other regional hosts not being allowed to do the same.

Certainly there's no need to black out the internet streams because of attendance. Both Carolina Stadium and Doug Kingsmore Stadium will be packed all weekend (unless Clemson and/or USC go two-and-out).

Can someone remind me again why giving college baseball as much exposure as possible is not a good thing in the NCAA's eyes?

Whoops. I forgot. We're talking about the NCAA. Doing the sensible thing is rarely in the NCAA's makeup.
