They're here!
I was in Columbia today writing my Greenville News story about Steve Spurrier's press conference when my wife called and told me my long-awaited Father's Day gift had arrived. While in Omaha for the College World Series I went by the Rosenblatt Stadium auction. The items that I was interested in quickly went out of my price range. However, the Henry Doorly Zoo Foundation (the zoo has taken over the Rosenblatt Stadium property) was selling two-seat sets from the longtime home of the College World Series. After some debating, I took the plunge and bought a set. I'm glad I did. I have a piece of CWS history. All I have to do is turn them around 90 degrees and watch games on TV just like I'm at the ballpark.

Growing up about an hour and a half from Omaha, I saw my first real baseball game at Rosenblatt. I as well got a pair of blue seats.
