South Carolina is No. 7, Clemson No. 27 and Coastal Carolina No. 38 in Collegiate Baseball newspaper's preseason 2013 rankings announced today. Arkansas is ranked No. 1. College of Charleston and USC Upstate are among other teams receiving votes.
