Briefly:  Nick Lucky had four hits and drove in five runs as Coastal Carolina wrapped the Sun Belt Conference regular-season title in Game 1 and Blake Barthol's three-run homer put the Chanticleers ahead to stay in Game 2... Caden Grice hit a two-run home run in the first inning and struck out nine in 7 1/3 innings as Clemson completed a sweep of North Carolina and ended the regular season on a 12-game winning streak ...  Jack Mahoney pitched six strong innings and South Carolina's moribund offense exploded for five runs on six hits in the sixth inning of Game 1 of a doubleheader, but Tennessee rolled in the nightcap ... * Newberry 10, UNC Pembroke 9, 11 innings - Newberry survived UNC Pembroke rally from a 9-1 deficit to advance to a Saturday night game against Belmont Abbey. Donovan Ford's RBI single was the deciding run.

* North Greenville 11-9, Mount Olive 5-2 - The Crusaders kept their national title defense alive with a pair of wins against a Carolinas Conference rival. North Greenville will host a best-of-three super regional next weekend..
