NCAA Gainesville Super Regional* Florida 4, South Carolina 0 - Hurston Waldrep struck out 13 in eight-plus innings and as Florida completed a two-game sweep of the Gamecocks to advance to the College World Series.
The Gators scored two runs in the second inning and single runs in the fifth and eighth to end USC's bid for its first trip to Omaha since 2012.
South Carolina's season ended at 42-21.
