Indians' opening series adjusted

USC Salkehatchie's scheduled three-game home series with Walters State this Friday and Saturday has been revised to a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday. My guess is potential weather issues.

Swig & Swine field set

Frequent Palmetto State visitor Michigan State is among six snowbird teams competing in the Swig & Swine Classic tournament Feb. 16-18 in Mount Pleasant. Ball State, Iowa, Lehigh, Merrimack and Seton Hall also are in the event, which has a predetermined schedule.
