* Briefly:
 No. 14 Coastal Carolina (21-7) scored two runs in the ninth inning to overcome The Citadel (12-15) at Joe Riley Park to extend its winning streak to eight. The Chanticleers had no hits until Rex Watson hit a game-tying homer in the sixth. After the Bulldogs took the lead, Coastal scored the tying run in the ninth on a wild pitch and Dean Mihos singled in the winning run. Phillips Daniels had both Citadel hits, the first coming in the seventh inning. Jaxon Appleman struck out eight and didn't allow hit in a six-inning start for Coastal. Bulldogs starter Andrew Buffkin struck out seven in three innings ... Alex LaCoste had two home runs among his five hits and College of Charleston (11-17) ended Winthrop's (21-8) six-game winning streak ... Tyler Bak had four hits - including a three-run homer - against his former team as South Carolina (14-16) was a run-rule winner over Wofford (19-10). Will Craddock had a three-run homer and a game-ending RBI single. USC pitchers allowed two hits ... Maloy Heaghney had three hits and drove in five runs and USC Upstate (15-15) scored four runs without a hit in the ninth to beat George Mason (14-12). The Spartans drew 17 walks, including five (and two hit batsmen) in the ninth inning ... Matthew Rollison hit a single and two doubles to drive in four runs as Presbyterian (6-24) held off a Western Carolina (18-12)  rally in the ninth inning ... CJ Dean doubled twice and drove in four runs as North Greenville (29-7) handled Lander (20-14). The Bearcats were shut out until Carter McCormick's two-run homer in the ninth ... Three pitchers combined on a five-hit shutout as Francis Marion (28-7) blew by Newberry (20-15) ... Luke Kimrey got Coker (8-25) started against Georgia College (13-19) with a two-run single in the first inning and the Cobras went on the snap an eight-game losing streak ... Henry Rumble was 4-for-4 with a double, a triple and three RBI as Bob Jones (8-18) snapped a five-game losing streak in the second game of a doubleheader at Alice Lloyd (21-12) ... Columbia International (13-22) had a pair of five-run innings to start the game in a run-rule win over Voorhees (7-18). Darius Keyton was 3-for-3 with a homer for Voorhees. It was the 800th win of Rams coach Rocke Musgraves' career ... Cooper McDaniel reached base five times and stole two bases as USC Beaufort (8-25) topped Savannah State (16-15) ... Jaylen Tidwell doubled twice, homered and drove in four runs as Erskine (18-19) handed Claflin (3-24) its 22nd straight loss ... Augusta (16-19) got 13 hits and drew nine walks to turn back Southern Wesleyan (11-25) to snap a five-game losing streak.
