Here are five things I'm looking for to make my preparations for the 2009 college baseball season easier.
5. A little more technical savvy. I'd like to be able to post things like audio once the season starts, but at my age I'm behind the technology curve. I don't want to have to keep calling on my son to educate me on how to do this stuff.
4. The schedule for Morris. I'd like to figure out some way to post a composite schedule for every team in the state, at least on a daily basis. I don't really want to start tinkering until I get them all, though.
3. The schedule for Coker. See No. 4
2. A composite schedule for the ACC. Some of the top baseball programs in the nation are in the conference, but as of Jan. 6 it still has the 2008 schedule on its schedule tab on its baseball home page. Some of the folks on Tobacco Road may not believe it, but there is interest in sports other than men's basketball.
1. A current roster for USC. The Gamecocks always seem to be one of the last to post their roster each year.

I wouldn't look for a USC roster before Feb., maybe not until the 19th.
