Newberry has scheduled its Meet the Team night for 7 p.m. Monday. It was originally scheduled to be prior to a game, but West Virginia State canceled. Now, the event will include an intrasquad scrimmage.
CSS unveils schedule
Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast has published its baseball schedule. The only game involving a South Carolina that hadn't already been reported here is a May 17 Wofford-Georgia Southern game. The schedule starts this Sunday with Purdue at South Florida.
