Perfect Game picks USC third in SEC East
Perfect Game USC also projects the Gamecocks to be third in the SEC East behind Florida and Vandy. Jackie Bradley Jr. of the Gamecocks is listed as the top position player in the SEC.
Cal won't keep baseball
It's a sad day for college baseball. Kendall Rogers of Perfect Game USA reports the University of California has stuck with its decision to cut baseball (along with men's gymnastics) because of funding issues. Men's rugby, women's gymnastics and women's lacrosse won't be cut as originally announced. Thanks, Title IX.
