SEC announces complete TV schedule
The Southeastern Conference has announced its complete baseball schedule for 2011. At least eight South Carolina games will be televised. There are other wild-card games that also could include the Gamecocks.

    The Big Ten Network will televise 20 regular-season baseball games this season, as well as all games in the Big Ten Tournament. The channel is available on DirecTV Channel 610.

  • Chants have No. 23 non-conference schedule
    BoydsWorld.com reports Coastal Carolina has the toughest 2011 non-conference schedule of the state's 11 NCAA Division I teams. The Chants are No. 23 in the category. South Carolina has the toughest overall schedule in the state (No. 35 nationally) when conference games are factored in. Southern California has the toughest overall schedule nationwide, while Long Beach State has the No. 1 non-conference schedule.
