The poll feature on Blogspot went wacko a couple of days ago and erased the previous votes on my poll. Because of that, I'm going to post the same poll again for the next week. I've add another option: allowing non-scholarship players to transfer without sitting out a year. If this poll also fails to work, I'll suspend using polls for a few weeks to see if the feature gets fixed.
