Fleet players honored
Seven Erskine players were named first-team all-Conference Carolinas on Thursday. They were second baseman Tanner Lollis, shortstop Brandon Overstreet, designated hitter Sam Cothran, outfielder Chase Corn, pitchers Wes Schuler and Austin Gambrell and utility player Zach Smith.
Second-team selections were first baseman Kyle Booth and outfielder Chad Balderman of Limestone and third baseman Joey Wilson and outfielder Logan Galliher of Erskine.

* Presbyterian has sent out notes about its weekend series at Big South Conference foe Longwood.
Blue Hose
* Clemson has revealed notes on its weekend home series against Miami. All three games are scheduled to be on CSS and ESPN3/WatchESPN.
Tigers
* South Carolina has released notes previewing its SEC home series against Alabama. The Saturday and Sunday games are scheduled to be on ESPN.
